  • In a small pot, bring the soup to a simmer. Once hot, add in the fried tofu and shrimp, and turn off the heat and let sit for 1 minute.

  • In a separate pot, bring enough water to a boil to cover the noodles. Once boiling, add noodles and cook for 30 seconds. Strain and rinse noodles under cold water.
    *note - do not cook noodles directly in the soup, the starches on the noodles can affect the flavor and texture.

  • Add noodles to a bowl, then pour the soup over with the shrimp and fried tofu. Top with egg, sliced cucumber, mint leaves, and lime.

  • To reheat - place skewers on an oven-safe surface and heat for 10 minutes in a 350° oven.

  • Remove lid from peanut sauce container, then reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds.

  • Cucumbers and red onion are included as a palate cleanser and should not be heated.

Noods.png
  • Empty into a microwave safe bowl, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 45-60 seconds.

  • Top with fried onions and serve!

Milo Ice Cream.png
  • Remove ice cream from freezer and let sit at room temp for 5-8 minutes before serving.

  • Top with sesame crumble and enjoy!

Tea Ice Cream.png
  • Remove ice cream from freezer and let sit at room temp for 5-8 minutes before serving.

  • Scoop into waffle bowl, drizzle with condensed milk, and enjoy.

  • Pro Tip: Crumble tea biscuit on top for a nice crunch!

Peanut Sauce.png
  • Best enjoyed warm. Sauce may thicken with refrigeration. If needed, add a teaspoon of water until desired consistency is met.

  • Great as a dipping sauce or used in stir-fry!
